Playboy magazine has published an article about an alleged sexual assault against a man who it said was the son of a prominent entertainment figure.
The magazine, which was launched in 1955, said in the article that the man was “in the process of developing an affair with a famous celebrity”.
It said the man had been in the US for a “private show” with a woman at a hotel in San Francisco when she came across him.
“She told him she was pregnant and had to take her baby to the airport.
He called her an “ugly, dirty piece of shit” and a “bitch”.”
When he arrived back in the States he was arrested for felony child molestation.
He spent two years in prison,” the magazine said.
The man, who it called “Paul”, had previously been charged with molesting a young woman in Los Angeles.
He has not been charged in the alleged assault.
The article has been shared more than 5,000 times on Facebook.
According to the magazine, the alleged victim, who is now 46, has told the magazine that she “wants to expose the sexual exploitation of minors in the entertainment industry”.”
This man’s son was also a child, and he knows what it’s like to be abused.
We believe that’s why he decided to go to the police,” the article said.”
It’s time for the world to hear the truth.
“The magazine said the allegations “would be very upsetting to us”.”
We’re not proud of the way the story was presented to the public, but we don’t believe it was an isolated incident,” it said.
According the article, Playboy magazine staff and employees at the magazine’s offices have also spoken out about the incident.
The incident has been brought to the attention of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) by its hotline.NCMec has asked the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) to investigate the alleged incident and to determine if there was any other similar instances.
The NAS has said it would look into the matter.
